FREE CLICK AND COLLECT
Order any wine and collect your order from our Ripon store. Wine will be available within two hours of placing your order during opening hours. Our shop is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday, 9am – 1pm.
Free standard UK Mainland Delivery
- FREE for orders over £300 in the UK
- FREE for orders over £50 to postcodes starting with HG, YO or DL
Next day UK Mainland Delivery – £15.00
Order before 1pm (Monday -Thursday) and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Online Orders & Delivery Areas
UK Mainland – All of England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland – Surcharges will apply for these areas and delivery will take longer than usual. For more details, please contact our customer services on 01765 601701
Outside of the UK
We are unable to deliver outside of the UK.
Receipt of Goods
If you will not be at home on the day of delivery, please use the special delivery instructions box to specify where the wines should be left. Please note that if the wine is left in a designated spot or with a neighbour, the responsibility lies with the customer. If delivery cannot be completed, a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day. We require either a signature or clear instructions on where the wine can be left.
Wine Packaging for Courier Deliveries
Please note that we must remove bottles from their original packaging and repack them to reduce the risk of breakages and ensure safe delivery. If you would like the original packaging included with your order, please indicate this at the time of delivery, or feel free to call our office at 01765 601701 to make arrangements.
Returns and Refunds
Orders for goods (to be delivered) can be cancelled within seven working days of receiving the goods. A full refund or exchange will be offered, provided the items are returned to us in good, resalable condition. Cancellation must be made in writing or by post. Once the cancellation is received, we will confirm it, and if a refund is agreed, it will be processed via the original payment method as soon as possible—usually within seven working days, but in any case, within 30 days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods at their own expense to Yorkshire Vintners, Ripon Business Park, Charter Road, Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4 1AJ. If we arrange to collect the wine, a collection fee may be deducted from your refund. If you are unable to return the goods yourself, please contact our office, and we will advise you of the return cost.
If you wish to exchange the wine, and the exchange is approved, you can collect it free of charge. However, if you prefer the exchange to be delivered, a delivery charge may apply.
